Modern Mediterranean dishes from Laura and Sayat Ozyilmaz (Dalida, San Francisco) and Stephanie Sandfrey and Jose Ayala (Zaytinya by José Andrés) are followed by rich Turkish coffee and freshly baked Mediterranean-inspired pastries from Jennifer Yee (pastry chef, Wynn Las Vegas).
Immerse yourself in a celebration of the only Mayan city on the azure-blue Caribbean coastline of Mexico. Watch as artisans make tortillas from fresh heirloom corn and Sarah Thompson (Casa Playa, Wynn Las Vegas) prepares alluring, coastal dishes alongside Esdras Ochoa (Mexicali Taco & Co, Los Angeles), declared 'the taco missionary" by the Los Angeles Times. Mariena Mercer Boarini (master mixologist, Wynn Resorts – North America) crafts imaginative, agave-inspired cocktails that transport you to an exotic beach with every sip.
Navigate through the frenetic pace of Tokyo’s famed Shibuya district guided by your five senses. Discover tantalizing Japanese street food, taste inventive sushi and sashimi preparations, and savor precisely crafted bites prepared by Jeff Ramsey (Mizumi, Wynn Las Vegas) and Liwei Liao, renowned as the “dry-aged fish king of Los Angeles.” Stroll further and encounter delectable yakitori prepared by Yakitoriguy, recently declared “L.A.'s yakitori evangelist” by the Los Angeles Times. Revelers toast with Japanese craft brews, sakes, and cocktails and end on a sweet note with desserts created by Erika Chan (The Catbird Seat, Nashville).
Consider yourself an honorary member of the ranch clan. Christopher Lee (VP of culinary, Wynn Las Vegas) partners with Michelle and Andrew Muñoz (Moo's Craft Barbecue, Los Angeles) to capture the carousing spirit and smoky flavors of an authentic cowboy cookout. Sample prime cuts from “Yellowstone” Producer Taylor Sheridan’s Four Sixes Ranch as they come off the wood-burning rotisserie-, or barbecued specialties from the outdoor smoker. Heather Wong (Flouring Cake Shop, Los Angeles) adds the perfect sweet note with cookout-friendly hand-held desserts. Artisan brews, great wines, and legendary spirits complement the experience.
